Seminoles 65, Hurricanes 59

That's right Miami, that's 0 and 2 versus FSU........again, again, and again. You get the drift.

So whose the real "U" now bitches?

Yet again, the Florida State Seminoles dispatched of the Miami Hurricanes, 65-59. This time FSU dominated the game for the first twenty minutes, then went on cruise control the rest of the way to sweep the regular season series against Miami. In one of the best halves Florida State has played in years, the Seminoles jumped out to a 16-2 lead en route to a 36-16 halftime lead against the Hurricanes. Unlike last time in Coral Gables, FSU actually started the game strong and finished like crap. However, even with Miami's furious rally over the last twenty minutes, they still fall short against the Seminoles....again. With the 65-59 win over Miami, FSU is now 10-1 against the Canes in the last 11 games between the two programs. Honestly, if they meet again in Greensboro in March, I still think FSU is going to win the game. The Seminoles simply own the Canes. I'm talking taking out mortgages on the entire University of Miami campus. Hell, the domination is so bad now that even Miami AD Kirby Hocutt is hauling ass to Lubbock, Texas to escape the wrath of the mighty Noles. Poor Frank Haith is going to have garnet and gold colored visions in his nightmares for years to come. Honestly, when he's done at Miami, I don't think he'll ever schedule a game against FSU again. They have simply be-deviled Miami for now almost a full decade.

The stats tell the whole story:

Now, Miami fans will simply yap about their nine combined national championships in football and baseball. Then again, considering most of their football championships were all bought, I really don't think they have much room to talk. Minus the 2001 championship in football, they have nothing else. No, Miami fans, baseball is not a bigger sport than basketball. Keep dreaming. The fact is you are owned in basketball by FSU and in football, your grip is loosening so fast the rope is about to singe your fingers. Your days of winning are history. Florida State will make sure of that with the continued beatings into the better part of this decade. You've broken our hearts one too many times. Now, we're about to repay the favor. No kidding, I'm about to enjoy every last second of the revenge to be dished out by Florida State.

While I'm writing this, remember 45-17 and 55-53?

I think they need to change those Geico Caveman commericals to "Beating Miami, so simple even this guy can do it!"

Face it Canes, FSU OWNS your ass! Just like last year, it's 0 and 2 against FSU. This year, though, we beat you down in football. So, this year you could say 0-3 against the Noles.

Now, who is the real "U"? I think that title flew north to Tallahassee.
