Apple Company makes the world a better place
It's a damn shame Steve Jobs died of cancer. He'll never live to see the greatness of what his company has done for this society, generation, and the planet earth. Thanks to Apple and it's array of great products, you couldn't pay me to hop in a time machine and go back to the past. I'd never imagine that ten years ago, just getting out of college and on my own, that the world would change this much for the better. Granted, not all of the world is better, but that is for another time and place.
The iPhone has revolutionized the entire way we conduct business, communicate, receive emails, and surf the web. Now, in just a few months, the iPhone 5 comes out with new hologram technology. It's only getting better by the minute. When I first started a real working job out of college, cell phones were plain and simple. You called and that was about it. Now smartphones have revolutionized the entire way we live our lives. You check your emails on your phone now. You send emails on your phone now. Now, you can surf the web anytime you want thanks to smartphones. Oh yeah, all the apps make life great! Sports scores can be checked in seconds without a radio or TV. News comes to you within seconds. Speaking of radio and TV, you can listen and watch both respectively on your phones now. Videoconferencing on your phone, yeah, you can do that too. Now, thanks to the iPhone, Google launched the Android series of phones which are flat out awesome! In fact, I will never own another phone that is not a smartphone again. Blackberry was nice, but the Android series flat out blows away any phone not named the iPhone. You started this race, Apple, and for that I am truly grateful to your company.
Not only does the iPhone make the world a better place, but iPods have become even better now. Now, you get all the same features as the iPhone, just without the calling. The apps make life great when you can check the news, sports scores, update your Facebook and Twitter pages in seconds, and more. Tips for working out, flashlights, have made living in this generation and this moment one of the best periods in ages.
From 2012-2019, there are so many new advancements in the works by Apple, that the bounds of technology are really limitless. I predict by the end of this decade, smartphones, including the iPhone will be so much a part of our daily lives, that you won't be able to live without one. By the end of this decade, cell phones will no longer be just for calling, they'll all be smartphones with so many apps that you'll be set for life. Ipods will render CD players useless by the middle of this decade. All of your music will be at your fingertips, so you can listen to whatever you want on the go. Radio is becoming a thing of ancient legend thanks to the Ipod series. Stations may hate that, but alot of people are truly grateful to the visionary of Steve Jobs. But if you still want to listen to the radio, you can do that on the iPhone or iPod now. Kindle, Nook, and any other reader can be found on these devices, too.
Too bad you died Steve Jobs. The world will never truly get to thank you enough for your wonderful ideas that have made our lives better. I can tell you mine is so much better with the invention of your gadgets than it was ten years ago. Everything is mobile, quicker to access, and that makes life go faster. Even though your gone, your spirit lives on. I can't say thank you enough, Steve Jobs, and Apple company.
